Won't start headlights stopped working.

Still haven't found my problem yet. Does anyone know what this is? Found it tywrapped to a bracket that dosen't quite look like stock.

Now my start relay stopped clicking. Noticed I don't have power in the fuse block for the lights. Signal, brake, horn still work. Soo frazzled I don't remember if I had power there before or not. Thought I did. Wonder if I went to a keyless mod if my problem would go away. Does decosse still make any? Are they expensive?
My dog is irritated, he just wants his ride fixed. Dosen't understand I'm trying.

Just thinking out loud, but, perhaps pulling the headlight fuse might isolate the two systems.

Since this happened when riding, check the little ground clip that comes out of wiring harness and runs upto battery by r/r. Its a single black clip, make sure its not burnt,

So I pulled out the ignition switch and the wires/soldering looks good. I opened the switch and cleaned the contacts and put back together. Now my headlights come on when switch is on and park lites work also.
But no start. I replaced the starter relay. But no clicky clicky when Burton is pushed.
(Clutch is in, kill switch start position, kickstand up.)
And still don't know what the hell this is!?!

Part number shows it is a Harley Davidson lowjack theft recovery module.

After market anti-theft device with antenna sensor? Trace the wires from the box and see where they splice into.

2 wires. One ground to frame. Other spliced into 30 amp fuse to the fuse box.
