Without opening a can of worms, each dyno and each bike is different. In the US SAE corrected HP is the standard while in Oz (tuneboy) it is Standard HP. So there are subtle differences and it's all subjective. It merely states what a particular bike did on a particular day on that particular dyno. For example, my bike made 146hp with triple filters and a slightly modified version of the 20050_3 tune. After dyno tuning (with a PCIII) it was at 152hp and 155 lbft.
I agree 150 hp seems to be the max the clutch can take. I installed Barnett's heavier springs ($15) before the Barnett clutch but didn't have them in long enough before I got the cams to make a determination if that would cure the slippage.
Most of the canned tunes I have gotten from Tuneboy aren't the smoothest. It could be differences in bikes, gas, altitude etc, especially since it is a half a world away from where I am at. But they are meant to get you in the ballpark. The best results can be obtained by doing some dyno tuning. But then hp numbers are just a point of reference for that dyno and the operator.
When you do the triple filter set up try my dyno tune.
