Whirring noise in rear end

2020 Rocket 3R
Just got my 2020 rocket 3 R from a dealer on Tuesday of this week, now (Thursday) I'm hearing a whirring nosie from the rear end. It sounds like the wind howling, but it's different than all the other wind noise I'm hearing. Could it be the final drive? It only makes noise above about 15 mph.
 
Go around the whole bike and check every bolt,nut,screw etc you can see...make sure nothing is rubbing...i think if it was the final drive you would hear it at all times. Does it increase with the revs like somethings rubbing?...Stupid question here but its not coming from your helmet is it?.....Good luck in finding it...someone else may come up with another idea.
 
Since you suspect the final drive- I'd open the fill plug and then see how much gear oil goes in before it starts overflowing. It could have been underfilled at the factory or the dealer.
