What's in your garage?

LOL, I meant the progressive model 340 I'm getting their 412 model at 11.5 inches. And believe me, as the shortest person (I think) on the forum, I need every bit. I wear five inch boots with a platform, and I still am not flat footed on even one side. You guys are the best resource. But, yes I am definitely on a budget. I actually just sold my second bike, the '95 virago 750 to pay for my shocks and the ignition switch and hopefully a seat.

Mademoiselle Chipmunk, if you can mount a Bridgestone Exedra Max (doable on all but the touring models)as your next front tire you will raise the rear end nearly 1/2" and if and when you can pair it with either a 140 or, better yet a matching 130 tire up front(not advised if your charge has ABS), the geometry should work out very nicely with your diminutive physical stature. Another definite plus would be that the bike, so set up will handle waaaay better than the stock setup and it will literally feel several hundred pounds lighter than it actually is.

My 444s were $602 brand new.
My Hagon Nitros were $500 new.
i agree with @TriumPhil that a set of 440s for $250would be a more frugal path to an acceptable solution.

Do what you wish, but the 212 Progressive at 11.5" - 1full inch shorter than stock shall SUCK!
They are NOT quality suspension, expecially not for this monster cruiser!
I have had them and I know.
