So I gave up on finding a dyno tuner in my area who sounded competent, and bought the PCV + AT in hopes of optimizing the great tune that Hanso provided.
A few questions came to mind before I install it.
How close do the TPS values need to be? In TuneECU at idle I have CYL 1 at 600hPA, CYL 2 640hPa, CYL 3 610hPa. Is that worth screwing with, or is that difference significant?
If you tune with AutoTune and 89 octane fuel and save the changes over time, then switch to 93 octane and turn AutoTune back on, would you see it making adjustments for the difference in fuels? In other words, how sensitive or fine is the resolution on the O2 sensor and the AT program?
Or better yet, am I missing the whole theory all together?
