Hate to say it Lupe but your friend will be lucky to get $14000 it is a buyers market and as people who have tried to sell Rockets before know they are pretty hard to move, hopefully I am wrong and he gets a lot more but as we all know the Rocket is in a niche market in fact a lot of riders are scared of the stock Rocket far less the powerful beast he is trying to sell.

Dave, i think you are correct, once a bike has been highly modified its hard to sell, no matter who did the work, it has to be that special person, like us, also told him he will take a big loss if he sells it, hope he waits a few more months and i can buy it

Yeah, he has a 15 ultra, bought it 2 days after i bought mine, very powerful bike
