Had to get into my toolkit today to install my new cramp buster my son got me so I decided to see what all was in there.

Can anyone tell me what the tool on the bottom is for? I've never seen anything like it.

Yup for the rear shocks. The manual isn't overly descriptive on how to do it, but you use it like a handle to 'turn/twist' the bottom part of the shock.

Okay. Thanks. I've never adjusted the shocks on any of my bikes except for a VTX that had a Sumo rear-end kit on it. That required a spanner wrench though.

Yeah, you stick it in the hole and use it as a pry bar.
Have you worked out what the big allan key is for?

No, not yet. Ive only had this bike for about 2 months now. Is it for the oil plugs or something?

I adjust the rear suspension springs preloads every time my wife rides with me.

I set them at "2" when riding solo, and "4" when riding two up; as recommended in the manual.
