What I did on my day off

Seeing that gorgeous silver engine reminds me of a question.......are there mechanical and/or other differences between the silver and black engines?

I had a rivet on my right side jardine can rattling. There are two rivets which hold the baffle in. I whacked the head off both rivets and pulled the baffle out and started the bike just to see how noisy it was...she is loud!!!...too loud for me i'm thinking..neighbors and all so i put it back and riveted it in good and tight!....Was tempted to take the baffles out of both sides and go for a ride but something stopped me...it also may upset the tune having no back pressure?...not too sure..

find out who wanted the bars yet if not my sons looking for the upgraded ones not the cheap flimsy ones for his o5 rocket, let me know what they are worth to you
Hi I know this is an old post, but I saw your question about the Craftride spacers and it looked like nobody answered. I have the four smaller ones and a larger aluminium one.
Could you please tell me where they go. I'm guessing behind the lower brackets to space them out a bit. Also need to know which side the single spacer goes. Any help would be appreciated.

They came with my first set US Outlaw branded set on eBay from the Germany based Bike Connection Warehouse (B.C.W.) and they use their B.C.W. Trademark US Outlaw for Fehling product lines including sissy bars, racks, engine bars etc.

Look familiar? Craftride's version is just another re-branding exercise as well.
Link:
US * Outlaw but they do not havea link to instructions.:(:banghead:

My second set are identical and were sold as Fehling by another European eBay seller. The RHS one from this set is now fitted as well.
I bent the original when I dropped my bike at about 30-40kmh on a bad mountain dirt back road last October when the front end washed out on a corner. They did a good job though I continued to ride another 400 Km of mountain roads that day before replacing and going on a 1600 trip to the RDU a week later.

A great week of catching up and travels.
