I admit - seeing your Jacket has REALLY removed my confidence in most fabric Jackets - unless they are 100% lined in Kevlar or Dyneema.
It was a miracle the back protector stayed in as most of the pocket had disappeared, shudder to think what would have happened if it hadn't.
I'm in the process of looking at Dyneema jeans, Saint cc
Knox in the UK do them too.I'm in the process of looking at Dyneema jeans, Saint cc
We had been out on the West Coast some years ago when I got stung just to the right of center at the top of my nose right between my eyes, Bar stuard I thought, pulled over, scrapped the sting off then kept going.
Slowly my right eye started to close up so pulled over and had a break for a bit.
Then my left eye started to close up and thought sh!t I'd better get home.
By the time I got home I could hardly see at all and my whole face had swollen up
Took about three days to settle down.

Now for the good news they are endemic to the WHOLE continental USA including Hawaii.I think I found the culprit. "Cow Killer" I had forgot about them, but my Pop had warned me about them when I moved here in 92. Bad dudes for sure.
