Ok...I put a filter over the air intake sensor just to protect the bulbous thingy on the end which measures the air temp...just as yours is. The important thing is to mount it close to where the pod filters are cos it will measure the temp of the air going into the filters...this is critical for the tune...if its mounted elsewhere, you will get false readings (maybe the air will be too warm from the engine heat for example)....so right beside those pod filters. I cut the air temp wires (Two of them) and soldered and heat shrunk some wire into it to make it long enuff to reach the pod area.
For the crankcase breather, i bought a small filter with a 12mm fitting. I pulled the "S" shape hose off the crankcase breather and at the top and cut it in half so i ended up with an "L" shape. One end goes back over the crankcase breather, the other end fits over the 12mm end of the filter. You can now have the filter just behind the panel you have removed to get to the breather, makes it easy to get to and clean...Hope it all makes sense and helps you out.

Fair warning: I don't know if it has been corrected or not but some have had problems with the hole for the air temp sensor in the RamAir falling out. Last I heard RamAir sends a bushing or some type of tape to go around the sensor so it will stay in place in the too large of a hole.

i think if you are going to use the pod filters, and i think you are, then follow the instructions on the Ramair video. Instead of installing the ramair at the end, you will put the pods on. In this case, you will need to extend that air intake sensor lead cos you wont have the extension which comes in the Ramair kit...you wont have the wee filter for the crankcase either but they are easily obtained.
If this is a pain for you, sell the filters and buy the Ramair kit. You will be able to leave the bearclaw intact doing it this way too and you wont lose any induction either.
If you go the Ramair way, be sure not too overtighten the hoseclips which hold the filter in place. You WILL stuff it if you do. 5nm of pressure is all you need..(5 NOT MUCH)
Follow the advise on that video really really closely...dont rush and cock it up...it aint difficult but you want to be smiling at the finish not frowning...any further questions just ask away..
