WITHOUT the rack? Good chrome underneath, no rust but chrome has probably been scotch brighted before painting. Needs are Powder coat or polish up the chrome for a 'satin chrome' look which I have retained elsewhere when I got rid of the previous owners efforts with a can of black spray paint! I am using the rack from this with
@Mittzy 's QR stainless sissy bar side plate brackets and QR pannier mounts. I am not sure if he is making a sissy bar yet.
It will come with the side plate bracket mounts in chrome and the correct chrome rear guard covers with indents for the side plate brackets (#6 and #7 in image below).
