Vibration in 1st gear

Took the bike out today since its a nice 40°F day out and finally not super windy like its been the last couple weeks. I do feel the vibration in the seat and pretty much everywhere else if you look for it. First 3 gears have always been where all the vibration is at then smooths out in 4th.

Previously I really only noticed it in the handle bars and through the mirrors. In any case its worth the compromise of being a little buzzy. Now that I have R position pegs I really wish I would have changed them before the end of the season. Spent an hour on the bike and it sooo much fun.
Glad I'm not the only one that experiences that. I'm already getting used to it. The only thing that really bothered me is thinking there might be something wrong with the engine. But there's not. It's just a huge motorcycle engine where sometimes you're bound to feel the commotion off all the metal moving underneath and energy pulses. I think I'm kind of learning already how to avoid most of it. You got to hit the gears just right.

Should really be smooth.... Triumph could improve this.

You are mentioning wind... I find the Rocket to have a dislike of wind... Of all my bikes the Rocket suffers most in any form of wind. My KTM Super Duke R hardly notices wind, so also my wife's Harley 1200 Sportster... but the Rocket... O dear!!
