unable to download the hex file

Engine runs rough when the intake air temp is more than around 110F but runs better when intake temp comes down to around 102.The engine seems to run lean.

I am able to connect through TuneEcu but when I try to download the production 20048 hexfile, an error pops up"Invalid" file and also all functions tab in TuneEcu are not highlighted.Any inputs on how how to download the production hex file and upload a new file

I've seen intake air temps in excess of 130 and the bike runs just fine. I'd suspect you have something else going on. Around here 110 is ambient temp and IAT's normally run 20-30 above that.

The gasket in the underside of seat which presses against air filter opening has a cut,could that cause a vaccine leak ,causing it to run rough
