I am very happy with my change of tune for the Roadster to open secondaries and new topspeed.

the next thing I would like to do is to change the ignition tables to be the same all over.
this is the same thing as installing a Gi PRO ATRE, although it does not exist for the Roadster yet.
the ignition differs in retardation on different gears and the GI PRO simulates 4th gear all the time.

the thing is, there are 4 ignition tables but the fourth can't be copied from. it differs in label as well, air pressure rather than throttle position.

this has been argued before, however, in Tuneedit there are 4 ignition tables. all of them are based on throttle position. why only three in tuneECU?

how do the three tables correspond to the four in Tuneedit?

When I bring a tune into TuneEdit, I see I1, I2, I3, and I4. In TuneECU, I3 and I4 go into Ign(TP) and Ign(Map). Ign(Map) must be mislabeled in TuneECU - The axes are TP vs degrees advance. I just read in 20222map.hex, copied Ign(Map) but could not paste it.

I compared 20222 map in TuneECU and Tuneedit (even though I can't use it, have a Roadster) and there were some differences on the fourth ignition table.

I will post a pic later on showing these differences.

To recapitulate, this new version labels the ignition tables I1-I4, all with advance in degrees BTDC as a function of TP vs rpm. It also allows you to copy I4 into I3 and I2.
