The top table is the ETV3(1) table in the stock US/Canada R model, early vin stock map (31019). Across the top are the grip throttle positions. On the left is RPM. The values in the table are the actual percent openings of the throttle plates. When these are lower than the grip throttle, the throttle is “restricted”. I compared this table to ETV3(3), presumably for 3rd gear. The white dots in the right 5 or so columns in the middle of the rpm range is where the two tables differ. The bottom table shows where they are the same (light grey) and where they differ (colored). The colored values are higher than in the same area of the top table. The throttle is thus more aggressive in this grip throttle-rpm area in 3rd gear than in 1st. Hope this helps. Haha.
