Does any one know what the Reset ISCV & Reset ADAPT will do on Sensor screen?

The reset adapt wipes out whatever "learning" the ECU has done. Tuneboy advised me to hit this after downloading a new tune.
I think the ISVC is used to adjust the stepper voltage. This is above my pay grade.

Reset adaptions resets the short and long term fuel trims.
Reset ICSV, is used when resetting the TPS (throttle position sensor) voltage.

What if im most concerned about the "now" fuel trim adaptions.
A TPS voltage reset? My TPS has always read too high and I've yet to have a successful TPS reset with TB.
