TuneBoy Help ("For Dummies")

Hello all
I am hoping to find someone who can assist me with TuneBoy. Obviously, I am claiming some computer ineptness. I did perform a search but was unable to find info that I was to use.
I purchased TuneBoy and made an attempt to install but nothing happened. The only thing that appeared was a blank box titled "c:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe. I am running a laptop w/XP and from what I read this may be the problem. I sent an email to Tuneboy but it is the end of the week and was hoping to solve this problem over the weekend.
I would appreciate any and all help.

I have XP and the CD-ROM worked fine - automatically booted up

Before you do anything further, scan your computer for virus/trojan/spyware

I ran the scan no problems. I neven tried to load it on my desk top and no luck. On monday hope to hear from TuneBoy or I will give Brent a call at NR3 and see what my options are.

Try loading some different software from a CD-ROM and see if you get the same command message or not - this way you can isolate if it's a computer problem or something to do with the TB CD-ROM (I'm betting on a computer problem, but who knows?)

I also thought of that and tried another cd-rom in both and they are working.
