Tune_ECU Is my set up correct.

I have the standard 06 that had some weird ECU problems after I put the new output shaft bearinngs in.
I talked to wayne at Power Tripp. He gave me a map & sold me a cable. Plus some guideline that I was trying to wriite as fast as he was talking. This is the first time I have tried something like this.

I have the drivers extracted to a folder on my desktop. The map is on a memory stick.
I am charging both the motorcycle battery , and a car battery that I will jumper to the MC batt.
I will have the Wifi turned off .
I will hook up the cable to the plug undder the seat , and to the laptop.
turn on the ignition switch.
When the computer asks about the new device I refer to the driver folder .
When do I install the map ?????
