Finally got all the parts and in process of putting back engine together.I cant seem to recollect where this spring went but was along with oil pan parts bin.No luck looking finding spring location in parts diagram or service manual either.@v*twin , lookie what I dug out this morning. I'll also send you a message as I will need a shipping address so I can get it off to ya.
Does this spring go under bottom side of non -return valve and also does the o-ring end of valve go into lower case(towards the double impeller pump)?

It goes in the port the non return valve goes in.

Yes spring in the port then the oil tank non return valve goes in. Then gasket and sump pan.

Thanks Scott, I had over looked the spare parts illustration diagram, found the spring orientation for non return valve
Then proceeding with assembly,can't seem to find the "dot" mark the timing chain-crankshaft gear.Is the marking typically on gear very distinct or am I missing something here again.

There is no dot on the gear. If it was drawn right that dot would be a hidden line. But there is not enough room to properly draw it right. What they are describing are the marks on the crank and the engine block.
Below are the marks on the crank shaft gear that meshes with the clutch basket (Primary Drive) I circled where the marks are. If this is not good enough I will drag a crankshaft out for pictures or go see what the view of the 05 engine I have in the barn because the front is open.
Now on the actual engine case there are also two markings: one at 6 and one at 12.
This picture is through a scope. It's what you will be lining up thru the inspection port in the front cover or if you have the cover off you can see it directly. Mine had a blower cover on it so no inspection port like the normal cover but you will get the idea.

Installed engine and assembled bike over the week but when was ready to start & test engine have couple of issues.
>The clutch plates doesn't seem dis-engage even though lifter piece appears to pulling the clutch pressure plate.The linkage appears to be pulling the lifter piece as the tension is higher than the return spring of linkage by itself.Could this be adjustment issue of the cable?
>Odyssey PC625 is around 3 years old was stored inside home and charged couple of times since motorcycle was down over the year.It has only 12VDC charge even after charging overnight.Tried starting with jump starting from my car battery(runnin) ,measured 14VDC but made a mistake .I had forgot to put gear in neutral and heard grinding noise from starter momentarily (no burnt smell or fuse wasn't blown either).The engine didnt turn over during this crank cycle
Now if i try to start engine without jump startimg, can hear the start relay click and also solenoid on starter click but starter won't crank over.Is there a minium voltage for starter to turn over or could the starter motor may have got damaged
I am looking at buying a new battery and starting tomorrow.
