OK, now my Rocket throttle is hanging up anywhere between 1700-2300 RPMs. Switching the key off, then on, will fix it for some period of time, but its getting worse, more frequent. Original TPS, but when the upgrade kit was done to mine they supposingly added a new/different O-ring to TPS to prevent it from ingesting gas. From all info I can gather, the TPS is going bad. My questions are, would this be covered under the longer emission equipment warranty (My normal 2 years was up in May)? Isn't this a safety issue (RE: Toyota) that would warrant a complant to NTSB and a recall? What do you guys think?
