Tors with other headers. Performance and sound ?

Blip, I build a replacement header for the Rocket that will plug straight into the TORS, or any other aftermarket Muffler system that fits up to the stock header.
As Warp has said I also build a free flowing cross over pipe for the Roadster as well.

This same header fitted up with just a single Muffler.

RWHP ratings will vary depending on what Air Filters you run, the tune you run, and how good the Dyno Operator is.

WOW...That is a work of ART! Too bad you are 8000 miles away from the US.

The facts for us current non touring owners(D and D sltil makes a slip on)is unless you go with a product from New Zealand or AUS that you are pretty much screwed.

TORS are not made anymore AFAIK and any Jardines, Staintunes, Rebands etc are what currecnt exist out thesre ATTACHED TO CURRENT BIKES so good luck finding one in the us. Extreme odds against getting someone to part with their FARKLED EXHAUST unless you can talk them into going back stock and alot of guys selling are 2nd + owners that don't have the originals.

So if you want unicorns or Bryant's you've got to import them from Nz.

If you need a Tesla Falcon 9 launch vehicle for your satellite or a Lapua Sniper Rifle that will shoot 2Km..no problem...we have those.

Shipping to the USA is no problem, and it is not that expensive.
I've been building and shipping Exhaust Systems all over the world for over 20 years.
Send me a mail to paul@vingexhaust.com telling me what you would like, I can then give you the pricing including the shipping, in your currency.
You can then decide from there.

Paul.

No doubt if I could afford those Paul I would be ALL OVER THEM...When I mean AFFORD I am talking about sneaking them past the wife financially and physically-we have to plan for a set for the next time she goes to the Phiippines which is for a month.

You wouldn't believe how many times I've heard that before

Hi Paul, I'm not a fan of the external silver coatings. They seam to dull over a short period of time. Is it possible to have them triple chromed and heat coated internally ?

On a separate note, I saw a picture of one of your 2 pipe systems for older Rockets that looked like reverse cone. Please tell us about that exhaust system.

Yeah I have a Paypal Mastecard I do most of my "laundered" MC purchases through.....Got the "Whats this 1000 draw from our bank account to PP for"interrogation last night.....Errrr....Ahhhh....Ummmm......Anything up to 500 is OK..anything over that she "goes all ISIS". Any of you guys that say you are in control are LYING!

PS...Bill...we slap a stock exhaust on your bike and any of Paul's setups da bomb. You multi bike multi aftermarket guys are suffering from AFFLUENZA of excessive aftermarket pipes

What you would have seen is my bike, '06 model, with a 1 7/8" O.D. cross over pipe fitted up to the stock header with two 2" large bore mufflers fitted along with a cover to cover the header to muffler joint.

(Note no chicken strips on the rear tyre)

This system is in the development phase as we speak.
Whilst this one was built for the earlier models, and I intended to get it into production "as is" but then decided to modify this so it would fit the Roadster (thus clearing the ABS unit).
This would then retro fit the Standard/Classic models, so one pipe for two models.
Touring riders, you are being kept in mind as well.

This system, along with K&N filters and a tune to suit really woke the beast up, great torque and bounced off the rev limiter real easy.
Cruising on the open road at 120KPH and coming up behind traffic moving at 90-100KPH I would drop back to forth gear, not because I need to, but because whacking the throttle on to pass gave such great acceleration (and adrenaline) that I was doing 100MPH real quick leaving said tragic as a smaller image in the mirror.
This with the stock header !
I've been told this system sounds very much like the Jardine twin system, it has a deep rumble that is just a lovely "drum beat" when cruising on the open road, very much like a nice sounding V8 has when cruising.
