While inventorying the R3 huge and elaborate tool kit, I noticed socket extensions (1) mentioned in Owner manual were missing. Did you all get yours?

When he mentions the "huge and elaborate tool kit" I believe he's referring to the two hex keys and one (MISSING) socket that you get with the new Rockets....

An iteresting post.
I got my bike home the day I purchased it and popped the seat to check out the tool kit.
It didn't even have a socket or wrench for the rear & front axles. In anger, I threw the sucker out into the street.
A true POS!
Since, I have developed an adequate tool kit carried in the old air box.
 
For $30k, those wrenches should be powered and turn themselves. Sorry to hear your missing some items put of the box. Did the bike come with a sheet like the pre-fab furniture does that says, “if missing parts DO NOT RETURN TO STORE, please call this [less than helpful] 1-800 number for assistance?”
 
You threw away $50 I have /had three kits one for each of my bikes, sold one for$50.00
 
My tool kit has always been the starter key. For the 2020, a fob.
