I know there was a post on who made a good tool kit for the Rocket, but I was unable to locate it and my search function will not work on my tablet.

So, can someone post a couple of the best please.

Thanks,

Rick

All this talk about tool kits got me reading some old posts. Ordered these last night. $63.00 bucks for the pair at amazone. Pretty cheap insurance. You need a $hit load of equipment to get the rear wheel out of a rocket. No need with these. I didn't get the kit with the CO2 cartridges. Four won't even fill up a normal sized m/c tire. Also as one reviewer pointed out If you have to find the leak (he hit something that didn't stay lodged in the tire) a compressor is the the only way to go.

Thanks JRock, Nolton, and Fred. I like that metric set. That previous post had some good info untill it deteriorated Really like the jumper cable set up too. I see where they do have a better battery now for us, YTX20HLBS. They should have had this a long time ago.

My 05' still has the original battery and it's still kicking. If I can still buy one just like it I will !

Your getting a good run out of your battery ,i just changed mine ,the old battery still was cranking the motor over, but this new battery it cranks over way quicker

Dead right on the compressor, those CO2 cartridges are useless on a 240 tyre. Keep similar kit permanently in my bags.

I have the same gear on my bike, plus a few extras, like a 3/8" ratchet, 12" extension and a 5mm hex key to fit on the end to get to the bolt so I can lift the tank as I have two additional fuse boxes under there.

Only carry tools when i'm travelling. Got plug kit and carry 6x CO2 cannisters . Got a really cool little Teng Tools socket set.. about all I've ever needed.... Touch wood
