Has anyone of you changed the timing chain and tensioner and guides, if so is it a difficult job?. Do I need any special triumph tools.

the hardest thing is pulling the radiator other then that the only Triumph Tool I bought was the cam gear alignment bar. I could rig a way around it but buying it IMO makes for a faster easier job. If your going to do the chain and gears you might as well slip a set of Nevs street cams in it and check valve clearances. If you have not got tripple K&N filters its time to consider it as you won't have the plastic crap intake and filter to put back on and you'll gaine storage in the filter box :D

Are you having trouble with it? See if Triumph will replace it for you. They did mine once in warranty and the second time out of warranty with all the upgraded parts. Just a thought.
