I would not rebuild a bike with alot of frame damage. I fix a tail section and piece together a few parts. On the R1 I actually stretch the swingarm myself. If the neck or the main trunk is bent I dont have the skills to fix that. I would just buy another frame if that was the case.

I also do all my own polishing.
