think this LED lite will fit?

I know for the touring it will not it looks a little too big to go in from under the fender I was able to use a led 1157 all be it smaller bulb

Won't fit

As stated above, the entire lamp unit must fit through a hole from under the fender. This lamp won't go through the hole. If you got the idea from Custom Dynamics, I got the rotating / pulsating LED, item # 01261 from them. It is small enough to go through.
