I received the following message today from our host for your review.
I just want to let you know. I have lowered the prices for the 2 bedroom suites to the same price like the two queen size beds (they all have 3 double beds). Plus you will still get the 15% off. Also, did you think about visiting Ghost Town in the Sky while you are here? You can get a group rate if it’s 20 or more people for $21.95 or we will have a discounted ticket for about $25.00. It could be fun for you all. Anyway, Rob said you will be grilling burgers and dogs on Friday. Would you rather have some chicken on Sunday? Maybe chicken legs and wings instead of the burgers and dogs, plus all the other stuff will remain the same. There is still plenty of time to finalize this so take your time on that. Thank you and have a great day! Sincerely, Gabi Edwards

Before we can finalize the agenda we need to make a few decisions as a group.
1) Based on the feedback from the group I think we should develop two ride agendas a day ride approx 8hrs with stops and a 4 to 6 hour agenda to allow for more social time. HeR3tic proposed several nice rides that were shorter in distance I propose we use those routes and the longer routes I put together in the earlier agenda only reverse the days this will allow use all to ride together for a portion every day.
2) Need to confirm that everyone is ok for the burger and Hotdog cookout for Friday. Me and the wife will get there early to prepare.
3) The bar-b-que on Sunday we need to decide on a Plate lunch 11.00 or buffet 15.00 the menu is provided in an earlier post. A suggestion was made to replace the burger and hotdog portion with chicken since we are having burgers and dog on Friday. My vote is for the buffet with the chicken and bar-b-que pork. We will need a head count 10 day before the event.

Tdragger glad to here you are up for the longer routes you wont regret it. I do those two routes 3 to 4 time a year and never get tired some of the best riding in the country. Looking forward to riding with you
SCOWHERD ---- Just a suggestion but it might be easier to put the choices into a poll and those that are attending vote. You could do one for each choice you need to make.
I dont know if this would work but it might help organize your information.
Friday night cook out sounds good
Saturday at J. Arthurs is fine
Sunday cook out (hot dogs & hamburgers or chicken) buffet sounds good
As far as long or short rides, it doesn't matter to me...
There was discussion of having 2 groups... one for a longer day long ride, another for shorter rides? Is this the plan? Or we doing a long ride one day and a short the other day?
I think having two groups would be great. part of ride we will be all together and split off into 2 groups. you will have the option of short or long ride each day.
