The day might have finally come

You'll love it, great buy at that price.... Congrats Bone Crusher...

Please take it easy for awhile and get to "know" the power of the beast before you start to play!

It's a done deal. Thanks guys for the advise taking it easy is high on my agenda for sure hence a roadster I've had my boy racer days the goal is to stay upright not be first. The crew at team motor are pushing a parts and labour deal but I'm not convinced one is good value, what is the consensus here? What are some off the common problems these bikes have and what is the fix worth? This is almost a new bike is it likely to have any problems? What are some off the best maintenance tips for these bikes? Hell thats a lot of questions the excitement has me waffling on. Anyway looking forward to catching up with you dudes at the next meet.

The aftermarket warranties tend to be expensive - especially if the prices of all the oil changes and services that have to be done by a dealer, on schedule, and at their prices.

Hey @Bone crusher did you get the bike? If it is this one it is still listed: http://www.teammoto.com.au/used_bik...mit=10&make_id=10&model_id=59&stock_id=415994

Looks like a good deal, it must be like new! Congrats if you did get it. I see you are in Brisbane, pm me if you like if you want to go for a ride to get used to her, I have a good circuit to suggest. I have a spare loaner helmet if you need one.

Hey Lostride yes I have it. I am going to pick it up on Saturday after my boys last soccer game for the season. I went and sorted out the money details and all is good. When I pick it up this will be my first ride on a cruiser, first ride on a bike with this sort off grunt, ( my last bike was the CBR1000 some 15 years ago and a light weigh in comparison.) I have been having early morning droughts re my decision followed by late avo bursts of confidence. But in for a penny in for a pound. Bring in on. Im sure my *****will be hard when I let the clutch out for the first time. If the roads are wet I might leave it there and pick it up another day. I ordered only my second pair off Johnny Reb boots. The last pair I bought near 25 years ago I had to pour hot water down them for two weeks to try to loosen them up so I could wear them. These are ankle boots with a zip. I ordered a two way helmet so I could ride open or full face. In want to find the best Hi/fi bluetooth speaker helmet insert set i can so I would like to hear from those in the no on whats good and whats not. Needless to say I think I will disappear for a couple of hours and chew up a few Kilometres and get acquainted.
I hope its sunny and warm!!!**** Yeh
