Surprised

That's disappointing. I was hoping they'd be solid. Didn't get a lot of love from Castle up in Madison.

Triumph has a pretty big line of sport, sport touring and classic models. I see a crap load of new bonnevilles on the street. The only R3s I see are at the dealership. It's always been a niche bike. The T-Bird line was meant to challenge HD. How is that working?

Went to the triumph dealer today and they tried to sell me a used HD said nothing bout triumphs
One problem is there is more money in used bikes than new. The dealers make money when the new bike is sold with accessories and additional warranty. The big problem with accessories is the internet is loaded with after market stuff for less money. Unfortunately not a lot of folks go for the additional warranty programs. But I agree with the others, marketing is a big problem for Triumph. And Camptc makes a good point. We have lost two dealerships to Triumph because they are pushing multi line dealers to go single line Triumph. That doesn't make any sense for a guy selling Aprilla, Bimota, BMW, Ducati, Moto Guzi, and Triumph. They are selling a tenth of the bikes the H-D dealer 3/4 of mile away is selling and Triumph comes in and tells them to go single line. That dealer told triumph to eat it and drop his Triumph franchise. Now I am stuck going to a Triumph dealer that sell Suzuki and Triumphs, but cant afford to keep a full inventory or a full time A+ tech because the customer base isn't available to him. Triumph makes a great product but they are awful at marketing and customer service.
