Stopped at a gas station today filled big ugly up - turned the key and heard a kind of gurgling/rumbling noise while the gauge sweep was taking place. At first I thought it was the fuel pump showing its age but when I got home I removed the bearclaw and the triple K&Ns and the noise seems to be comeing from the (if I have it right)
Primary Throttle Position Sensor or the Primary Throttle Stepper Motor the one located next to the overflow tank has an electrical connection I removed the plug and the noise was still the same when I turned the ignition on.
Can anyone help a poor wee Scotsman, the bike runs fine I have just never heard that noise before.
