The lemon law would apply. I have to send a certified letter to Triumph detailing the issue, collect all the service records. The get 30 days after the letter to repair or replace or refund. Another 6 weeks down at least. So i have emailed Triumph after sales and they offered to start a review for replacement. Lord only know how long that would take. So now i am waiting for the tech to respond about the reluctor wheels and sensors not fixing it. So i have no choice to wait. That work was done on the 3rd of this month. Still waiting for a response. At this point Triumph has gained and lost a customer in one transaction. Cool bike if it were to run right. I am ready to break up with them. I am extremally upset. Havent been without a bike in 25 years. Till now. Should have bought another Harley. At least decisions could be made in a timely manner.
