Squeaky Brakes on Rocket 3 R Storm – Anyone Else?

Many people make a mistake to re-bed the brakes when they are cold. I'd recommend dragging the brakes for a bit, like a minute, to heat them up before short stopping.
 
You can always try different brake pads and see if the sound changes. If the noise isn't affected by pad material it's proabably not the brakes. The sound goes away with the clutch pulled (no load condition) and when you apply throttle (I assume in gear, loaded condition) so the noise only occurs under engine braking?

I had a rattle in an exhaust silencer years ago that turned out to be a broken baffle plate. It maybe something completely benign but best to have it checked out.
