where does the rocket get its speedo drive -feed ?

From the manual:

Road speed sensor - situated in the lower crankcase, on the left hand side. The road speed sensor provides the ECM with data from which road speed is calculated and displayed on the speedometer. A vehicle speed limitation device also receives information from the road speed sensor.

Speed sensor is located under the tranny left side close to the kick stand (right behind it) its wires probably pass thru the kick stand shock pad bracket. Speed sensor to the ecu and ecu to the speedo would be my guess.
