Perd seems odd that it would be still going after numerous gear tooth jumps, once it has made the room in the bearing / housing to jump a tooth I reckon it would last no time at all. If it is gettting into angle gear and the tacho is bending the needle more than a couple of times before complete failure I'm :? . The Frocket had similar intermitant power lost under acceleration that, for half a second felt like the power had been turned off at 2500rpm and at 4700rpm, It ended up being just one primary wire on the #2 coil pack being loose
