Snapped Bolt

If you're going the easy-out route, make the hole in the bolt as big as possible - don't just drill a small center hole and use a small easy-out bit. If you go small, you'll snap the bit.

When E-Z OUTs break they are indestructable too. You couldn't drill it with a diamond and 10-ton press. Your best bet is a reverse drill bit, the shank will come right out unless its galled.
 
Went to the hardware store tonight, couldn't find any easy-out. Find a reverse drill bit called "drill-out" - drills the hole and reverse threadl bit to unscrew the bolt. Worked like a charm, didnt even need the thread just unscrewed while drilling it in reverse.
