Sitting for 2+ years

I'm guessing there is a rally out west? If I'm not racing that week i will for sure head west. in 2011 I rode to Durango then to Montrose through 550 and it was amazing, I wouldn't mind doing it again.

warp, I'll take your word for it and I'll try the Exedra max.

This is how the Rocket been sitting the past two years. Started to put it together and can't wait to take it for a ride.

Youef, I am not sure we can be friends now that I know you are one of the traffic engineers. It all depends on how you answer these next questions:
1. Are you the one who named 6 different streets all Lark Sparrow? Lark Sparrow, Dr., St., Ln., Cr., Way etc...
2. Do you take credit for making the city roads all discombobulated so that EMS, Fire and Police have to take an extra 5 minutes when responding becasue the comunnity streets are not laid out in a nice orderly N/S-E/W grid?
3. And finally, are you the guy that said we didn't need an on/off ramp at Colorado for the 470?!? Are you this person Youef?!?

Ok, I'm better now after getting that off my chest. Becasue we were once neighbors, if you remember seeing a balck VMax with red flames around your street, it most likely was me.

I've been using Seafoam for about six years,i add it to every second fill up of gas. There are other cleaners on the market that work just as well i prefer Seafoam. I found Wal-Mart sells it the cheapest. It helps keep the fuel injectors running smoothly. JMTC.

Boog, All the stuff you mentioned above is before my times. Trust me I hate it too. As far as 470/CO I think this is CDOT's call. When did you move?

Jeff, I race mountain bikes so when i'm not working I'm racing and training. Plus, the past three years I bought a few bikes, BMW, KTM, Ducati so I rode these when the Rocket sat, they're are all gone now. I bought another Ducati 6 months ago but every time I got to ride it I look at the Rocket, now its time to split my riding between the Rocket and Ducati. I'm almost done with putting the Rocket together, just need to wire the taillights and put a fresh gas in it. I'm hoping to get it going by the end of next week as I have a race this coming weekend.

TRIIICK, I have never used seafoam before but I think its time now.

Ok, friends we are. I moved from Highlands ranch around the corner to Centennial in 2006 and then left CO in 2009 for work.

I purchased a used R3 that needed some attention. Glad I did. When I had to look at tires the rear OEM size was priced out of sight, so I looked around and found the Bridgestone 240/55/16. Fits and runs great. Also much easier on the wallet. On my second one. The first got about 9K +, and I do not mind throwing away some tread.
One down size is that it will throw your speedo & trip-meter off by 10%. If you read 60 on the speedo your are really going 66. Very minor thing.

I would actually consider that a pretty major thing but I've read that can be adjusted out with TuneECU. It better be or I'm not buying this tire like I've planned on doing. Anybody know for sure if there is compensation for this in the ECU using TuneECU?
