Single seat / dual seat quick release backrest?

I have the quick release backrest and luggage rack on my R3T. If I purchase the solo seat and luggage rack (that fits where the pillion seat goes) must I remove or change the mounting hardware for my quick release backrest? Put another way, can I easily swap between the solo seat, luggage rack set up and the dual seat, backrest/luggage rack set up?

This guy posted this question way back in March of 2009 and never got an answer.
I would like to know too if the backrest that comes stock on the R3T will also fit the triumph solo seat?
 
yes it will i have some pix of sweetennbabe r3t after i put her solo seat on and the fender luggage rack
