does tune ecu through windows display a digital number for the secondary tps?
the only response I get through the android is a bar graph.

Dont know about windows, but android shows numbers for adjustment.

Yes dose everything. Not sure on version...maybe the earlier one. Others will chime in soon enough
 
It does on windows, but I haven't used it in years
