Secondary throttle failure

OK, how did you plug up the shaft holes in the throttle bodies (looks really good)?

I machined up alloy plugs to push in from the outside.
Everyone was different as the bore diameter varied slightly probably due to wear from the shaft.
In the above photo you can see that I made the "top hat" of the plug to match the casting of the throttle body.

Paul that throttle body adjusting screw is filthy please rectify the problem

God dam ! And I meticulously clean the whole dam thing except for that one screw
