Riding down to Goulburn NSW tomorrow morning to see Mick from MJM Motorcycle Seats. Looking to have the Classic seat refurb'd to hopefully alleviate the butt pain/numbness after extended riding periods. Wondering if any New South Welshman have used Micks services before. He comes recommended. Will report back after the visit.
 
Well she's booked in. After a chat about materials and a look at how my fat arse clouds the OEM seat we have a plan. Here is a pic of what I expect it will look like in about 5 weeks time (minus the red piping - going for black instead).

Classic had a dual seat. Standard had two seats like the Roadster except the pillion seat wasn't much better than a brick. Much improved on the Roadster. Classic seat has a rear mounting plate that attaches where the pillion pad attaches (i.e. under the rider seat) and fits the Standard and Roadster.
