Hi There

Got my 2009 rocket classic today just under 2000 miles. Brilliant bike. I have noticed a scraping sound at low speeds, almost like you were touching the bike down but i am not. Its not the paint rattle sound, i dont think that issue effects this year anyway.

Anyone else heard this.

Try pulling in on the clutch to see if it stops.

The drive line is noisey on Rockets and it just maybe more noticeable when you are going slower (quiter).

Either way here are some threads to make you start worrying.

Try also

Try your brakes, front or rear. Just touch them and see if the sound changes.

check all the screws on you exhast and radiaitor shields right after you look at the breaks.

There is a plastic dust cover around the rear diff, its the last thing that doesn't spin with the rear tire/wheel. If it has a nicked or dented spot it could rub on the wheel as it spins. I had that problem after a rear tire relacement and fixed it by trimming the bad spot with a razor.
