Running rough in the wet!

Right, before my accident on the M6 I have notice for a longtime that my Rocket seems to me to run rough when it rains...making the bike feel jittery.... Don't think it is in my head, think it's the bike...

Any ideas on what could be the problem?

It has jardines, triple pod filters and is or was running the same tune as Rob!

You can trace the spark plug wires up to the coils. Also check the plug wires on the plugs are fully seated. There are 6 plugs and 3 coils. Any one coil not doing its job full tilt and you can get your "jitters." You can replace the coils with high output units but you would have to change the load range of your plugs (or hole a piston).
 
Thanks for that Daff, you are the first person to say you had the same issue and with my recent offs thought some of it might be in my head!

Right, being a numpty is there any good people out there localish who could and would want to show me how to do this fiddly proceedure?
