For the last few years the rpm gets way too low to the point of dying when i let off, even at hiway speeds, also at low speeds i hear it coffing at the throttlebodies, my fear is that it will stall at maeuvering speeds and i will drop it, still my main ride and i ride the wheels off of it and will continue to do so, any ideas?

@warp9.9 do you think this might be in the tune. Or possibly the vacuum lines. We replaced the vacuum lines about 3 years ago with regular hose not silicone.

@Claviger
What exactly is the reason for the idle/temperature settings?
On mine, the idle definitely drops as she heats up. Now and then, she also drops away and cuts out, particularly after a long blast on the highway.
Also, what is the recommended rpm for each temperature?

Engine warm up cycle. Same as cars do.

From left to right mine are something like:
1400, 1200, 1000, 900, 880

I give zero ****s about emissions or loud idle so I’d rather know for sure it’s not going to stall. Higher idle also keeps the oil pressure up a bit and battery charging better.

Stock on mine was...
1350,1018,892,850,850
After resetting might want to do the 12 minute tune to reset the park position of the idle control motor.

Because of what read on this site about oiling problems to the cams, I set all RPMs below 940 to 940. Basically all higher temp idle speeds. Doing this ensures good oil pressure/circulation, better cooling at idle during hot weather (like stopped at light in the summer), and best of all allows you to move forward without worrying about lugging down the engine by simply letting out the clutch, even up hill.

Mine gets all the way down to 400 and when i hit the gas it backfires trough the throttle bodies, if i let it be it slowly goes back up to around 1000 then back down to 800
