Rockets Across America V – Fall Launch

Id sure like to make it. It surely will take some managing in short order which is a short suite for me.

I hope to pick up a pristine "99 Riviera this weekend. Im jumping right forward on having it fitted with a tow package. Ive upgraded to a single Rocket trailer and Im anxious to ride, once we get there.

Ive not been doing much Rocket launches lately... as another eye injury has occurred with slow recovery ahead. Enough Im betting to ride safely in Mable Valley. But in any case, Ill be tryin to make a Fall Rendezvous.

Thanks Steve for your dedication here and otherwise.
Please tell me what page the summary is on:cool:

Mexican, Ill know you because you have a Rocket III. Even if youre miles away from your Rocket, when you smile and I see the bugs in your teeth I will know. :D There has always been a fellowship amongst the Rocketeers. Ive never known otherwise.

I am perfectly capable of riding all the way alone but if there are anyone one else coming from central or southern Texas maybe they might want to meet up somewhere? I am thinking I would want to leave my area on either Wed 22nd or Thur 23rd. I might plan to stay in Texarkana because I think I would have a free place to stay for the night and possible free food.:D

Hey Sunshine and any others south of us (Denton). Anyone is welcome to use our place as a lay-over or a place to catch your breath and stretch. I am leaving out on the 23rd. It'd be nice to have riding companions.

Steve...just booked my room. I will probably have 1 guest attending from Mississippi (Goldwing)

Sounds like a good plan to me. I'm open and makes no difference with me what route I take. But, I probably won't be riding back. My plan is to drop the beast off at Power Tripps in Birmingham (for a week or so) and fly back to Denton.

Anybody else?!? Skip?

thought I would bump this thread with some pic from the spring RAA V
