If AT readings are high and it does not run properly set it back to 0 in Fuel- and AT-tables and enable AFR-target in this area.
AT is probably making wrong adjustments there.
But you can trust it at higher revs and loads.

But mainly where you got the too high AT-trims.
Even If your exhaust system is not leaking it can be reflux of O2 that causes AT to get wrong readings.
First have a look if she runs better there with 0 in PCV AFR taget und Fuel tables.
