ok guys,
I know we all got pictures of our bikes in our albums,
and I've looked through most of them at one time or another,
but I'm wanting a custom paint job on mine, in keeping with my theme...
so thought I'd start a thread for just the custom paint jobs.
A place where we could post one or two pictures of what we got.
Right now, mine's still Black, but I know there's some nice paint out there.
Steve Scowherds, Scotts Millennium Falcon, and Les' TriRocket3 come to mind right off,
but i know there's others who've taken the plunge too.
So how about posting YOUR custom paint job for all the world to see.

Skip, mine is still black too, but I've been eyeballing this scheme I found on the Internet. I like the rivets and silver making the bike look like an airplane or homemade rocketship. Ive got the taillights like I want them and this might turn into a Buck Rogers theme instead of a '50 Mercury theme. Of course it wouldn't be complete without a rat in a spacesuit or something similar. Looking forward to see what you decide on.

as a matter of fact I wished I had the money to GET THE LOCAL ARTIST TO paint this scheme I call it "BIKE AND BABE UNDERGROUND "with a dark blue background the original artist is an Argentinian by the name of CHICHONI.
but the cost would set me $4500 back and priority and wife says forget it.

Ok Skip I have gave it some thought and I think since we both agreed your head lights give it the praying mantis look

I am thinking you should run with it. your springer front end will be like the arms of the mantis

so why not follow the scheme some more. I want you to think about this a while because I think this could be the color your looking for.

now since your motor is black and the camaro looks great with some black mixed in.

I think the tribal paint scheme would fit. I personally like the scheme that is in the paint

like in the mulberry below

I am not sure if your going to chroem the springer front end or not but I say if not use the same synergy green thats on the camaro.

give it some thought. if you do not like the pipes you whipped up I know where your could get a good deal on a set of predators like say 875.00 off the original price. You could even take the shields off and have them done in ceramic black. the thing to think about which pipe to use is whether you want to gain some of the power back them three seperate pipes are robbing. Either way I think you would have a great looking schem going on there stop to a Chevy dealer and look at the camaro up close and think about it I can really see it.

You've already seen mine but since this is a custom paint thread ill post it again.
B-17 theme tribute bike.

I bet them little gargoil fella's are pissed off about them leather straps holding those ladies on their motorcycles.

I agree with Scott on the Mantis theme
A triple H/light predator
The S/triple had a really nice candy apple green that might work.
Though not the best for power, I like your pipe layout.
As usual go YOUR own way.
