Well, since that domain name is my last name... I guess that narrows it down.

I'm not the originator of the manual, I'm just hosting it.

It's a work in progress, I've OCR'ed it and added links ikn the table of contents, next is to add an index and add links to each sections TOC. Then it will be wikiized.
