Rocket 3 wet liners

Does anyone know what to use when resealing a wet liner. Is there a seal ring? Or do you just use a silicone sealer? I cannot find any information about gaskets or shims.

I have 3 liners seating on a shelf I WILL LOOK AT THEM i BELIEVE THERE IS SOME SILICONE ON THE BASE of each
 
Manual says use this stuff
