The bloke I paid for some Rocket bits about a month ago just got a letter from his bank after I commenced recovery action and rang to apologise.
He offered to return money but I asked him to post it as it was still boxed ready to go.
Another for my stocks.

It was only afterwards I wondered if the recovery process was locked in already.
Maybe I'll be able to yell down the phone "Go away scammer!" too, when he sends it and then sees his money leave the account. ;):roll::roll::roll::roll::roll:

Lucky for him if it re-appears, I will resend it and have advised my bank to see if recovery is an ongoing process.
I hope your stuff does come. Interesting how it took the bank letter to motivate the guy. Resonable delay for life is understandable, but not so long you have to go through the process of recovery.
