Good stuff .. sounds like a great ride. High country around Omeo offers superb riding. You'll need to give a fair bit more notice of upcoming rides mate. Not many on here can just "drop everything and take-off" unfortunatley ... Such is Life
What TC said. Some of that route comes pretty close to me and some good rides. Would be more than happy to join you for some of it at least - but need a bit of notice. Always worth letting us know anyway, just in case...........
I wish some of you yanks would come over here and experience some of our great roads. However, at the prices we have to pay for our bikes, not too many of us have a spare Rocket. You might have to settle for something else for at least part of the trip.
Am planning on making the trip thru that area an annual for me , begining of the year. You have a twelve months heads up.. If I had my way , I would live up that way 3 months of the year. beautiful part of the world.
triumphil, your late, been 30 hours had to have your beer, I pour d for you myself. As to the spare rocket thats been a work in progress ever since I bought this one, still no closer , time and money what can we do?
We just did the Margaret River trip yesterday.. roads are perfect over here. Even on the Speed Triple with it's firmer suspension set-up it's great riding. Get Catherine to post some photos of the trip.
I will get to Oz before I'm too old to throw my leg over the saddle. Turning 60 in early March and still a good number of years left on the clock, thank my lucky stars!
you fellows best get busy on having that spare ride avalable, OK? Pretty please!!!!
